I agree with you darkknight on the older kids but what about the younger crowd between 7 to 12. Again even sex is perverted by the Borg. Young children going into puberty being told how bad their feelings on sex was. The box they put children in is very small and cramp. With the results you and myself was out late at night trying to take care of cult matters. Still Totally ADD

okay, that new video about 1975 has got people talking, and yes, the child abuse cases will always require us to remain vigilant...but after my having left in the late 1980s/early 1990s, it seems all the real "exciting" stuff is gone.

Great thread David_Jay. If I remember correctly it was said many times by the Borg that being in the truth was like being in a rut. It was boring but this rut keep us safe from the world. Being a born- in it took a long time for me to climb out of that rut. I feel those who are still trap in the cult really do enjoy that rut, this feeling of safety they have. With the dumbing down of teachings even better. Boring but safe. Still Totally ADD

3 missed calls from my jw brother last night.
i didnt answer because he's actively shunning me and when he does ring it always to preach to me about how we're so close to the end and how i should "humble myself before the mighty hand of god" .
he then texts me saying "we need to talk".
They sound like my parents when I was a child. Everything I did wrong I was going to die at Armageddon. It may work on their children but for adults they should they should keep their mouth shut. Still Totally ADD
